The only ’Bans I favour on homeless people

February 13, 2015

Someone, unbeknownst to me, left a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses on my bike trailer — in the carrying case, including the lens cloth and certificate of Ray-Banness — a black case tucked under a black inner tube bungee cord, on top of a black garbage bag. No surprise that I didn’t notice them right off.

Nice sunglasses Ray-Bans; maybe even worth the high price but as a prescription lens wearer, basic sunglasses are wasted on me.

But they’re not wasted on my friend Ivan. another homeless binner. They suit his neo-ZZ Top look to a T.

Ivan told me that he had a pair of Ray-Bans last summer. Now he has a pair for this summer. Rock on dude! Click the image to enlarge it.
